Terms of Service
Plain English summary: Use AiCue lawfully. New accounts get 3 free prompts. After that, subscribe to keep using the generator. Don't abuse the service. We can suspend accounts that break these rules. The service is provided as-is.
1. Acceptance of terms
By accessing or using AiCue ("Service"), you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Service. You must be at least 16 years old to use the Service.
2. The Service
AiCue is an AI-powered prompt generation tool that creates structured prompts for use with third-party AI platforms including ChatGPT, Midjourney, Claude, DALL·E 3, Gemini, Grok, Stable Diffusion, Perplexity, Sora and GitHub Copilot.
The Service relies on third-party AI infrastructure. Availability may be subject to the availability of those underlying services, which is outside our control. We reserve the right to modify or discontinue the Service with reasonable notice to registered users.
3. Accounts
You may use 3 prompts without an account. Beyond that, you must register with a valid email address. You are responsible for maintaining password confidentiality, providing accurate registration information, and all activity under your account. Creating multiple accounts to circumvent limits is prohibited.
4. Subscription and payment
Plan
New accounts receive 3 free prompt credits on signup. Continued use of the prompt generator requires an active subscription of USD $5.00/month, which provides 500 prompt credits per billing cycle. Credits are topped up at the start of each billing cycle.
Cancellation
You may cancel at any time from your account dashboard. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period — you retain access to remaining credits until then. We do not provide refunds for partial billing periods.
Price changes
We may change subscription pricing with at least 30 days' advance notice by email. Continued use after the notice period constitutes acceptance of the new price.
5. Acceptable use
You agree not to use the Service to generate prompts intended to produce illegal, harmful, defamatory or abusive content; circumvent any rate limits or access controls; scrape data by automated means without written consent; impersonate another person; violate any applicable law; or resell access without written permission.
6. Intellectual property
The AiCue software, interface, and branding are owned by us. You retain ownership of the descriptions and inputs you provide. The prompts generated by AiCue are provided for your personal and commercial use — we make no claim of ownership over generated output.
7. Disclaimers
The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted or error-free, or that generated prompts will achieve any particular result when used with third-party AI platforms.
8. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the total amount you have paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim. Nothing in these Terms limits liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence.
9. Termination
You may delete your account at any time via your account dashboard or by contacting us. We may suspend or terminate access immediately if you breach these Terms.
10. Changes to these Terms
We will notify registered users by email at least 14 days before material changes take effect. Continued use after the effective date constitutes acceptance.
11. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of Sweden. Disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Swedish courts. EU consumers may also use the EU Online Dispute Resolution platform at ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr.
